Replace halogen bulbs on 230V with LED (with dimming)
On 230V you can make a one on one replacement from halogen to LED bulbs. You do have check the compatibility between your dimmers and your new LED bulbs. If they are compatible you can simply replace your halogen bulbs by LED.
If the dimmers are not compatible with the new LED bulbs, you have to install new dimmers first. Once this is done, you can replace your bulbs.
You can check the dimmer compatibility from the Philips bulbs in the following PDF. The table below shows the Absinthe test results. From this you can derive which dimmers are compatible with the different LED bulbs.
